Processing/Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after they are received with payment.

If your order is received before 3pm CST it will be processed the same day.

Processed orders are shipped the business day following processing.

What if I need expedited shipping?

If paying by credit card, please drop down the box that shows "Select A Card Type" to choose your specific credit card.

 

If you prefer to pay by phone, please print your order page and have it handy when you call.

 

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please print your order page and send with payment to the address shown.

Where is my order?

If your order was shipped via UPS, you can track it online from the link provided in your status email.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply call us and we will give you instructions on how to return the product(s) to us for a refund.

Refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. You MUST call within 15 days of invoice.

 

2. Product may NOT be stickered, marked, altered, or show any obvious signs of use.

 

3. Refunds will be issued after product is returned. If paid by credit card-the card will be credited. If other payment method was used, a refund check will be mailed to you. They are processed on the 15th & 30th of each month.

 

4. Return shipping is paid by customer.

Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange any item within 30 days of order.  Simply call us and we will give you instructions on how to return the product(s) and receive your replacements.

3. Exchanges will be processed after product is returned. If amount of exchange is different from that of original invoice, payment is expected at time of shipment. If a credit is owed, refunds to credit cards are processed immediately. Refund checks(for all other original payment methods) are issued on the 15th & 30th of each month.

 


4. Return shipping is paid by customer-unless it was our error.
